As a new patient, our licensed acupuncturist would ask a series of questions and conduct various diagnostic techniques to figure out the cause of your illnesses or discomforts.
After a diagnosis has been completed, then the proper treatment methods would be applied.
Our diagnostic and treatment techniques are all holistic which means that we treat your body as a whole as no single part of the human body works independently.

Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 - 2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekend and holidays.
Orders placed after noon Central Time on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.

We accept returns on most products that you order as long as the product is unopened with seal intact, does not require refrigeration and made within 30 days of the date on your sales receipt.
