Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates specific body points using thin needles to alleviate chronic pain, stress, and insomnia. This traditional Chinese medicine technique enhances energy flow and promotes natural healing. Ideal for patients seeking non-invasive solutions for autoimmune conditions and sports injuries.
Massage Therapy
Targeted massage therapy addresses muscle tension and pain through deep tissue and trigger point techniques. It improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports recovery from injuries. Beneficial for athletes and individuals with chronic musculoskeletal discomfort.
Cupping
Cupping uses gentle suction to release muscle tightness and detoxify tissues. This therapy enhances blood flow, relieves pain, and accelerates healing for conditions like back pain and sports-related injuries. Sessions typically last 45 minutes.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal blends address specific health concerns by leveraging synergistic plant-based ingredients. These formulas support immune function, digestive health, and hormonal balance. Prescribed as part of comprehensive treatment plans for chronic conditions.
Nutritional Education
Personalized nutritional advice focuses on foods suited to individual body types and health goals. This service helps manage autoimmune disorders, improve energy levels, and maintain optimal wellness through diet-specific recommendations.
