I received my first full body 90 minute massage today from Dee. It was exactly perfect. I honestly felt like I was in a sort of trans during and after the massage. Dee talked with me prior to the massage to discuss issue areas and pressure preferences. She then found the muscles and worked with them in a way I haven't experienced before. I am so very pleased to have this clinic in Green Valley!

Amazing, wonderfully fantastic capabilities. I had acupuncture, massage, electo-stilmulatin, read light, heating table, and comfort. Just one session so far, and I feel better, which I've not found yet, until today! Megan was incredibly helpful. I feel better, and that's a mouthful for me, after all these years of chronic pain. I will continue my sessions, that actually work! Highly recommend!

We left our original chiropractor due to disappointment in treatment. Came here and was not disappointed. Tailored care where the doctors listen. The last chiropractor I had gone to was back in Florida. And honestly, I thought he was great.. .as a person. Unfortunately, he never took any x-rays of me, and I had been going to him for 1.5 years.
It wasn't until I came here that they took x-rays of my neck and spine, only to find out I had some very problematic areas that has been causing me the chronic pain I've been dealing with for a few decades now. It explained a lot.
I chose this practice because I preferred a woman, the reviews were stellar, and my chronic neck/shoulder pain were acting up again - and the Thai massages just weren't cutting it anymore.
I am deeply grateful for the care and knowledge that Dr. Miranda gives. I was blown away at all the different techniques and modalities she was using on me compared to the last chiropractor I had (they were my first one in Florida so I didn't have anyone to compare them to). She knows how to listen and is incredibly intuitive.
Also, the front desk gals are all such sweethearts! The fur babies walking around are also a huge plus! I love the whole vibe and look forward to my adjustments twice a week. I always leave feeling joyful and rejuvenated.

The service and experience at Inspired Life Center has been great over the past months. Both Doctors do a fantastic job at listening and applying good technique to address whatever pain or discomfort I bring them. Nice they offer a wider range of services, but I've yet to expand from Chiropractic.

Dr. Jackie is the best and is always so gentle with me. She works gradually and gracefully to allow your body to naturally come back into harmony. I’ve been seeing Dr. Novak consistently for about two years now every two weeks and have never felt better.
