Acupuncture Combo
Through our Acupuncture Combo, we combine the restorative effects of acupuncture with therapeutic massage in one synchronized session. This approach addresses discomfort from multiple angles while supporting circulation, tissue healing, and nervous system calming. Cupping and moxibustion can be included as complimentary enhancements, although we always tailor the treatment to your specific needs and comfort.
Acu-Crystal Chakra Balancing
Our 90-minute Acu-Crystal Chakra Balancing session combines traditional acupuncture with essential oils, therapeutic crystals, targeted sound healing, and intentional ritual. These energetic modalities work together to clear, align, and revitalize the body's major chakra centers. We focus on activating innate healing intelligence, restoring disrupted vital energy, and rebalancing the subtle energy field for greater resilience and peace.
Lymphatic Massage Treatment
Our specialized lymphatic drainage massage uses precise, gentle manual techniques to stimulate and accelerate lymphatic flow. This therapeutic treatment supports the bodys natural detoxification process while promoting cellular circulation and immune defenses. We carefully guide stagnant fluid back into motion using a light-touch approach. The session is deeply relaxing while providing targeted therapeutic benefits.
Acu-Na Integrated Massage
We customize each massage to address our clients individual needs and desired outcomes. We begin by identifying what the client wants to accomplish, then select the techniques they enjoy most. Our massage incorporates a variety of approaches to support those goals. Sessions can address stress, pain, stiffness, swelling, injuries, headaches, and other neuromuscular or internal imbalances.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
We offer cranio-sacral therapy to gently release restrictions within the spinal column, working from the sacrum upward to the base of the skull. The technique uses a very light touch, generally comparable to the weight of a nickel, and does not require clients to undress. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. This therapeutic modality is intended to improve central nervous system function and ease pain and dysfunction, and may be particularly beneficial for neurological disorders, spinal injuries or degeneration, headaches, and migraines.

My husband had an issue with a scar on his thumb that was totally affecting his quality of life when it came to pain, discomfort, and mobility. He had been to many traditional doctors who basically prescribed pain meds. It didn't help. Mary's scar thearpy treatments restored function, mobility and relieved the pain - totally changing his life. He is a happy man

I have been going to acu-na wellness for the last 6 months. When I first started I could hardly walk the pain was a 10. Now my pain is 3 and improving daily. I can walk again and be up in my feet and legs for hours. I was on two blood pressure medicion and stomach medicine when I first started going there. I am now off my medicine and I have normal blood pressure. I am so thankful for being referred to this wonderful lady Mary Hodge who is so dedicated and knowledgeable about my health. She has given my life back to me. If your legs and feet hurt and doctors tell you nothing wrong make a appointment with acu-na wellness center

I have used Acu-Na for several years now and highly recommend them. I have all kinds of sports related injuries they they help me with. Thanks to Acu-Na I can turn my head to the left, straighten out my right knee, and pick up my left arm to the side. You should try them out!

Mary J was an amazing ,welcoming spiritual DOM.
I am a veteran and they bill the VA for my treatment. I encourage all veterans to get in a good routine with accupuncture for pain management.
I now have Lilly who also is an amazing DOM Her kindness is genuine and her empathy authentic.
I feel like I'm surrounded with family not just my last 4 ssn. Veterans will understand that comment. Lol

I've been going here for 2 years now. Best place in Asheville area to get a massage. They care about your body needs and take time to get to know you. Atmosphere is relaxing, this place is tucked away off the road so don't miss the turn off.

Lily is amazing. I've gone to her with chronic stomach issues and back pain. Not only has she worked out this issues physically, she has provided a wealth of knowledge and given me helpful tinctures they sell in house. I wish I could go more but work and life doesn't allow it. This place is the best.

Mary and her team are amazing! I highly recommend Acu-Na to anyone. They provide everything from relaxing massage to intensive therapeutic pain relief and Chinese medicine. Mary figured out the cause of my shoulder pain and provided overnight relief. Everyone at Acu-Na listens, cares and wants clients to leave happy and pain free.
