I highly recommend this place for stress relief and overall wellness. I was initially hesitant to try acupuncture and red light therapy, but my wife spoke so highly of Dr. Tiffany and the benefits of holistic health that I decided to give it a shot. Dr. Tiffany is literally the best there is! Not only is she the sweetest ever, but she genuinely cares so much about her patients. I've been seeing her for almost a year now for acupuncture, red light therapy, and more recently, exercise with oxygen therapy. Highly recommend acupuncture and herbal therapy from Dr. Tiffany! She helped get my GI system back on track after gall bladder surgery and I cant thank her enough for her amazing care. Additionally, she recommended herbal therapies for cold/flu prevention that have helped me greatly with 3 little kids and all the bugs that come into our home. I also love all of the meditations she recommended and the overall experience of going for treatments at her clinic. She listens and helps get to the root of health problems. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Vibe gives me my own kind of vibe. I see Tiffany for acupuncture, super human, PEMF therapy (my knee pain), and my absolute favorite, red light therapy bed! There has been many times my family has not felt well. Tummy bug or a bad cold, and Vibe has given us the herbs to get through what ever illness we are battling a little quicker. I started seeing Dr. Tiffany while I we were trying to grow our family. However the results I saw were not only with my fertility but with my stress and anxiety management too. I weaned off of my anxiety medicine and the relief I got after an acupuncture session was instant. Where I previously had poor sleep habits and TMJ pain, it was replaced with better sleep quality and relief from that jaw pain.
Once I finally did get pregnant, I saw Dr. Tiffany throughout my pregnancy as well. My husband and I struggled with fertility issues for years. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tiffany for over 2 years for many things, from back pain to my husband seeing her for his post stroke and has helped him speed up his recovery time. He has used both acupuncture and super human protocol to recover. She cured my itching skin as well, with acupuncture, herbs and red light. She is our go to doctor for all our health needs. I have had wonderful interactions and treatments at Vibe Holistic. Tiffany is very knowledgeable and takes her time to listen and come up with a plan. I also did the Lympatic/ presso therapy as i have been looking for something to move my lymph is a relaxed way ( opposed to jumping up and down or vibrating plates) This therapy was very effective and relaxing. The place is clean and front desk is very nice as well.

12 out of 10 recommend the new lymphatic compression machine! Its about a 45 minute relaxing yet highly detoxifying session. Personally I experienced immediate fatigue (that resulted in 9 hours of deep, restorative sleep) followed by 48 hours of heightened energy that I felt all the way down to my toes. Definitely drink water after as your body gets right to work & rids itself of any lingering toxins. I tried both offerings for eye coverings ~ a heated massaging eye mask & red light.

I absolutely am so appreciative of my results with my acupuncture and my Chinese herbs during my bout with the cough and chest issues. Everyone I know was on antibiotics and no results. I was trying to get pregnant for a while, but had repetitive miscarriages. Before Vibe / Tiffany I tried another acupuncturist with lots of reviews, very expensive, very painful for the process. The result was a couple of unsuccessful preganancies with miscarriages. Vibe / Tiffany was the last try before IVF. I am happy to share that with Tiffany's sessions and herbs she prescribed I am a happy mom of a 1 month old girl now :) It took a couple of months, which is definitely not too long for the journey, and the dream csme true, and the Universe got another little human. "New Moms Must Try it" I only have been there once and made a followed up appt right after. My wrist tendinitis pain was relieve right away within the 1st visit! Vibe Acupuncture is not only relaxing, it is life changing. About a year ago I came to Dr. Tiffany because I had no feeling in either of my knees.
