Twisp River Wellness
Twisp River Wellness offers Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Therapy by Chaya Kudla in The North Glover Healing Center in Twisp, WA, the heart of the Methow Valley. Please take a look around the site and visit the Twisp River Wellness facebook page. If you would like to make an appointment or if you have any questions, please call me at 509.997.2488.

We must turn to nature itself, to the observations of the body in health and in disease to learn the truth. Chaya completed the Restorative Wellness Practitioner training, going deeper into functional nutrition regarding immune, thyroid, HTMA analysis and detoxification. Twisp River Wellness has moved! The new location is behind the main building in the new addition of the N. Glover Healing Center.

East Asian Medicine
Report
East Asian Medicine (also known as Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a system of healing that originated over 3000 years ago and continues to be a well respected form of medicine in today's modern world.
The cornerstone of traditional East Asian medicine is the recognition that our health is not simply freedom from disease, but rather maintaining balance within ourselves and creating an equilibrium with the environment around us.
It has become popular in the United States through one of its most well known and well used branches, Acupuncture.
Nutritional Therapy
Report
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to nutritional counseling that is rooted in the basis of a whole foods, nutrient dense diet that provides the appropriate ingredients for the body to heal itself and function optimally.
Nutritional Therapy looks at digestion, blood sugar, mineral balance, fatty acid balance and hydration as foundations for optimal health.
By addressing the systems rather than just the symptoms, nutritional therapy can effectively treat the underlying causes of disease, providing lasting results.
