At Middle Path Acupuncture, our mission is promoting health and harmony in your life through alternative medical practices such as acupuncture, eastern medicine, and massage therapies. The mainstay of our practice is acupuncture, as performed by our board-licensed therapists Jeff Lippincott and and Audrey Barrett who together have a combined 25 years of experience.

Both are graduates of the prestigious Bastyr University, where they completed training in both acupuncture and eastern medicine. In terms of eastern medicine, we practice a number of techniques designed to move energy and will teach our patients these exercises, such as qi gong, that they may do in their homes or with others. These long-term strategies have made a difference in our patient's lives.

We also provide herbal therapy and are able to custom mix remedies based on a client's particular needs. While Jeff and Audrey incorporate Tuina or Chinese massage into their treatment plans, we also have two dedicated licensed massage practitioners -Rand Gillen and Ruth Bare-who are skilled in such techniques as Swedish massage, cranial-sacral therapy, energy massage, and hot stone massage.
